A dark lager style originating in the Franconia region of Germany. Orbit Beers’ older-style Schwarzbier is cold fermented with their house Kölsch yeast and showcases smooth, lightly toasted cereal malts alongside a moderate herbal hop bitterness, light body, and a crisp, dry finish. A touch of dark chocolate and caramel sweetness, with similar aromas of light cocoa and toasted malts. Dark in colour and light in body; this beer has warming characteristics with easy drinkability.
