A blend of foraged native British botanicals, infused and vapour distilled. Notes of vanilla and grapefruit, with a long coconut led finish.

We’re immensely proud of this rum. This product is the result of two years of experimentation. We have hand selected a blend of six British botanicals and created a recipe that draws out unexpected flavours that are typically found in the tropics. This blend is infused in our white rum, and vapour distilled slowly in our 50 litre copper pot still. It is then diluted using our own natural water and left to rest for the flavours to marry together prior to bottling.

We like to experiment – to infuse, macerate and vapour-distill all kinds of wild British botanicals in our rums. We abide by seasonality – so some of the ingredients may change in the future.

Serve over ice with tonic water, and garnish with a slice of orange. Refreshingly perfect on a warm summer’s evening.
