Prosecco DOC Brut vintage ; characterized by 100% Glera grapes from the 2022 vintage. From this extremely dry vintage we have harvested perfectly healthy grapes with concentrated flavors and aromas.
We have obtained a very light straw yellow sparkling wine with a thin, dense and persistent perlage.
The olfactory texture is delicate and complex with fruity notes of rennet apple and white peach, floral notes of lime blossom and wisteria, and herbaceous notes of sage.
The sip is quite dry and is supported by a balanced acidity and a slight flavor.
