Up Against It is a Pale Ale inspired by some of the modern approaches to this style from the Pacific North West notably Cellarmaker. Brewed with a lean malt base and fermented dry with a lager yeast to minimise esters and provide a platform for the hops to shine.

Dry Hopped with Citra, Ekuanot and Chinook to provide fresh squeezed grapefruit, juicy pear, fresh pineapple and kiwi aromas with a lychee, tropical but slightly herbal taste and just a touch of bitterness which will have you reaching for another sip
