Windsor Knot was originally brewed to commemorate the wedding of HRH Prince William and Kate Middleton. Like all our ales, Windsor Knot is made with the finest natural ingredients including two specially selected hops, Sovereign and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. Sauvin is named for its likeness to the white wine fruitiness of the Sauvignon grape.
